Welcome to your home away from home. With all the amenities you will find here, we promise you will feel right at home. Our three bedroom, three bathroom condo has a very spacious dining/living room makes it easy to come with all of your favorite people and enjoy this amazing town together. The condo complex is a unique, private, quiet 24-unit complex. Our family-friendly condo has two primary bedrooms on the top level that both have a king-sized bed, standing desk, walk-in closet, and full bath. Both have their own fireplaces and share a balcony, which is the perfect spot for morning coffee. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin, and a full mattress. The condo unit is a bottom unit for easy access. The kitchen is on the first floor, the entire first level flooring is HEATED, and it features a spacious pantry and a laundry/mudroom for washing clothes and storing gear. From the kitchen, you walk down a small flight of stairs into the open living and dining area. Here, you will find an 8 seater dining room table, an enclosed bunk room, full bath, walk-in closet with lots of games, puzzles, and other amenities. The living room has a fireplace, smart TV, queen-sized pull-out sofa mattress, and some extra comfy chairs for lounging. ***Things to note: ***For families with younger children: **Amazing babysitter recommendations! *There are baby safety gates installed at every level of the stairs. Open, close, and lock as needed. There are childproofing supplies provided in a bin in the pantry. If you feel childproofing is needed for your kiddos, you can put on and take off supplies as needed. Some drawers and cabinets already have some locks installed. They just have to be activated. All sliding glass doors to outdoor patios have child-proof devices on them that can be activated as needed for little ones There is a bathtub in one of the master bathrooms for bathing little ones. Along with a few bath toys in the cabinet. The condo does have 4 outdoor steps to reach the front door but once you enter there is a mudroom on entry-level that is big enough to store strollers and additional gear, so there is NO lugging strollers up and down full flights of stairs. The walk-in closets are big enough to fit the pack 'n play in for small children to sleep. We have a pack n play with an additional mattress that fits perfectly inside the pack n play for added comfort. Along with sheets. We have a changing pad with covers. Baby play mats We have an additional padded rug for setting up a play area. There is a baby swing in one of the master closets for use. There are a few kids' toys, kids' games, books, a high chair, pack n play, and kids' dishes + bibs. We are a 4-minute drive to the Hospital. There are many playgrounds in Steamboat, the closest one is 5 mins away

Steamboat Springs is such a fun town! The people are nice, the food is good, and the adventure is endless! It really is a gorgeous town where you can make amazing memories in the beautiful outdoors with your favorite people. This condo is really in the perfect location. Walking distance to the ski resort, dining, shopping, and more. A short drive or bus ride to the heart of downtown. Surrounded by breathtaking mountains, hiking trails, biking paths, the Yampa River, the lake, and more! Please check out our guidebook for information. There really is so much to experience in the small but incredible town of Steamboat Springs!
Guest Access
There is one covered parking spot designated for the condo. One additional free parking space is available in an open parking lot, just one driveway further up from the condo entrance and is directly above the covered parking spaces. Access by foot via a small flight of stairs. All parking is free of charge, and guests will receive a parking pass for dash upon check-in. Year-round there is also free public bus transportation. The bus stop is a 1-minute walk and is on the other side of the condo complex on Apres Ski Way. For bus routes, visit: Steamboat Springs transit website The condo has a free shuttle service during ski season that you would call to arrange transportation. They pick and drop you off right outside of condo #1. You will receive the number upon check-in at the Lodge at Steamboat. You can walk to the ski slopes, dining, and grocery shopping.
